ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Tori is a certified Pilates instructor through PhysicalMind Institute (PMI), a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and a National Board Certified Health Coach. She leads Client Success & Wellbeing Events at Sworkit Health, where she creates global virtual wellbeing experiences with top instructors.
Originally from Austin, Texas, Tori has lived in New York City, Arizona, and Guatemala before settling in Ohio. After graduating from NYU and starting her career as a music agent, her path shifted through a lifelong connection to movement. Growing up with Tourette’s Syndrome and scoliosis, she found freedom in endurance trail racing—until an injury led her to Pilates, which became a turning point in her healing and strength.Before Sworkit, Tori co-founded a fitness consulting and coaching business, Avidity. She was named “Health Coach of the Year” by the Wellness Council of Arizona in 2018 and is the author of Addicted to Health (2021).Today, Tori’s work is rooted in helping others feel stronger, more connected, and at home in their bodies through sustainable, feel-good movement.She lives in Granville, Ohio, with her husband and their two corgis. They are followers of Jesus. They both love spending time outdoors, exploring new foods and cultures, cosplaying, listening to live music, and gaming.
