About the Founder
Tori is a certified Mat Pilates instructor through Physical Mind Institute (PMI), a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and a National Board Certified Health Coach (NBHWC). She leads Client Success & Wellbeing Events at Sworkit Health, a global digital fitness platform, curating live virtual wellbeing content with expert instructors worldwide.A native of Austin, Texas, Tori has also lived in NYC, Arizona, and Guatemala before settling in Ohio. After earning her degree from NYU, she started her career as a music agent in Austin for Paradigm Talent Agency. Growing up with Tourette's Syndrome and scoliosis, she found her outlet through movement and endurance trail racing—until an injury led her to discover Pilates, which became her saving grace.Before joining Sworkit, Tori ran an fitness consulting and coaching business with her sister, Avidity. She was honored as "Health Coach of the Year" by the Wellness Council of Arizona in 2018 and published Addicted to Health (Atmosphere Press, 2021).She lives in Granville, Ohio with her two corgi boys and husband. They love to spend time outdoors, cosplaying, and gaming.
